Return Policy

-Swimsuits and Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

-All special orders, "Sale" and / or "custom made" items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- All returned items must be in perfect conditions: unused, unstained, damaged free, unworn and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors as they were received.

-You have until 7 days after you receive your merchandise to make your return request.

- All return requests must be made via email at mbuxeda@sonsolespr.com

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

- If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed in the form of Store Credit. No money refunds.

-It is the customer's responsibility to bear the shipping costs of returned merchandise.

- Son Soles reserves the right to deny any return if not met with above criteria.

- Shipping Fees from the original order are non-refundable.
