White clothing, one-size items, metallic colors, accessories, sequins, cream-colored pieces, and holiday season items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All Pre-Order and Custom Made items are final sale — no returns. Any deposit payments made are non-refundable.

To request a return, please send us a DM on Instagram or email us at mbuxeda@sonsolespr.com with the following information: name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

Returned items must be in perfect condition with all original tags attached.
