Return Policy

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.

  • White clothing, one-size items, metallic colors, accessories, sequins, cream-colored pieces, and holiday season items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • All Pre-Order and Custom Made items are final sale — no returns. Any deposit payments made are non-refundable.

  • No cash refunds will be issued. Store credit only, valid for 30 days.

  • Store credit can be used only once and cannot be applied to more than one return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • All SALE items are final sale — no returns.

  • To request a return, please send us a DM on Instagram or email us at mbuxeda@sonsolespr.com with the following information: name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition with all original tags attached.

  • Items must not be washed, worn, or stained.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in the same condition in which it was shipped.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

  • Son Soles Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.
