Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.

White clothing, one-size items, metallic colors, accessories, sequins, cream-colored pieces, and holiday season items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All Pre-Order and Custom Made items are final sale — no returns. Any deposit payments made are non-refundable.

No cash refunds will be issued. Store credit only, valid for 30 days.

Store credit can be used only once and cannot be applied to more than one return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To request a return, please send us a DM on Instagram or email us at mbuxeda@sonsolespr.com with the following information: name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.

Returned items must be in perfect condition with all original tags attached.

Items must not be washed, worn, or stained.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in the same condition in which it was shipped.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

Son Soles Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.
