Shipping and Delivery Policy
Free Shipping:
All orders over $150.00 are eligible for free ground shipping within Puerto Rico and the United States. This policy is not valid for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for express shipping.
Shipping Times:
Once the order has been approved, please allow 1-5 business days for the order to be processed and then shipped. Please keep in mind that the time frame selected as shipping method during your checkout excludes any days necessary to process the order as explained above. Back-orders & Pre-orders, may take 4-6 weeks to be processed & shipped. We only ship Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ET.
Please Note:
During Holidays or special dates (Black Friday and Cyber Monday), please allow 1-10 business days to process your order.
International Shipments:
All addresses outside the United States are considered international destinations and will be subject to international shipping rates and timetables. International shipments take approximately 10-12 days to arrive. Duties and taxes issued in the destination country are responsibility of the recipient. Shipping charges are non-refundable if the package is refused by customer/customs or lost.
Delivery Services:
- After the purchase has been made, the customer has the option to choose from standard shipping, or priority shipping with USPS. There might be a difference between shipping costs depending on the selected delivery service.
- USPS does not charge for direct signature service. Direct signature allows anyone at the recipient address to sign for the package. If there is no one present to sign and receive the package, the delivery service will keep it and re-attempt delivery. Unless you have chosen the direct signature option, Son Soles Fashion Boutique is not responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse. By choosing direct signature no delivery service will leave the package at the front door.
Please Note: Son Soles Fashion Boutique is not responsible for wrongfully provided addresses by the customer after the merchandise has been shipped. The customer is encouraged to verify all information before placing the order. In addition, Son Soles Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery by tracking is confirmed; the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage of items.
Track My Order:
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the purchase has been approved. The tracking number will allow the customer to track the status of the order. Customers can check the status of the order on the USPS webpage.
